Demolition wood – Boxes, pallets, branches, demolition waste of wooden buildings
AK530-630 is a highly productive mobile wood grinder.
The machine’s productivity is up to 200 m³ of finished product per hour.
The grade of the final product can be changed as required by changing the material discharge screens of the grinder.
The measurement of the smallest screen mesh is 30x30mm and the largest is 200x200mm. Thanks to an extra long conveyor, it is possible to chop directly into the back of the chopping vehicle.
A magnetic band is also installed on the grinder to prevent metal from being mixed with the chopped materials.
Processed wood material:
- Construction and demolition wood
- Wooden packaging, boxes, pallets
- Branches, trunks
- Sawmill and furniture industry wastes (blocks, slabs, log ends)
- Bark
Processed materials may contain small amounts of fine metal (nails, screws) and small stones (up to 30 mm in diameter). Chopped materials must be located on a hard surface providing for grinder as well as truck maneuvering.
